This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets out how we collect and process personal information about you when you visit our website at https://www.apeironnft.com, when you use our mobile dapp, when you play our game (our “Game”), or when you otherwise do business or make contact with us. 1. WHAT DOES FOONIE DO WITH USER’S INFORMATION? Information you Provide Foonie Magus and our Service Providers (defined below) may collect information you provide directly via the Service. For example, we collect information when you sign up to receive periodic updates and promotional materials from us; make a purchase through the Service; or receive customer or technical support. Foonie employs reasonable measures designed to protect user’s information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Although Foonie makes good faith efforts to store the information collected on the Services in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Foonie cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on Foonie’s systems. Further, while Foonie attempts to ensure the integrity and security of network and systems, Foonie cannot guarantee that Foonie’s security measures will prevent third-party “hackers“ from illegally obtaining access to this information. User acknowledges that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, Foonie cannot guarantee absolute security of user’s information. 4. - TRACKING COOKIE DATA We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can also opt out from personalized in-game offers through the options provided in the game settings (where applicable).
